haha...weird 2 see tt de person tt is here is xh bah?
well, tt was random, but i decided 2 blog...juz 2 change de post tt appear right in front...yup.
i spent most of de time during hols in cip...u noe, de ntuc thingy...n some times planning my path 4 de future...so, comrades of 2f'06, jia you!!! :P
yesterdae, me n dawn tan talked about doing diff paths starting frm next yr...den i thot abt all of u...frm de rebellious sanpeng.......to de pros like xiao qian n co...all r so different...yet still can ta-han 2yrs 2gether...oo, forgot lulu...n john.
i hope we can revive tis blog n continue using tis as our communication mean, coz i bet no one can easily forget abt ur sec 1 n 2 class, even if u hate it 2 de core...as in, how can we forget those times when all cliques bind 2 punish john 4 all de wrongdoing he did 2 us? n those horrible arguement btw us? even if u are a sleeping classmate in class, how can u forget times we had at de chalet?
so, 1 conclusion: let those fond memories of 2f be wif u everywhere, n de 2 F spirit (de fireball) continue burning in ur heart bah!

first of all, i would lik to apologise to everyone regarding class chalet matters.. i'm sorry tat we could nt have it due to my family matters n dragged the whole thing thus we cant book any chalet.. so if u all got any great claa bonding ideas, feel free to suggest it.. it will be greatly appreciated.. i mean this is the last yr we 36 of us r in e same class.. i really wish we could take to our sec 3 year a very happy memory of all the moments we have together..

secondly, its regarding john zhou kun matter.. mrs goh want us to accept john.. its such a difficult task esp when 35 pple have to compromise one irritating n annoying guy.. we ever tried to accept him.. we gave him an inch n he took a mile.. tats too much. he took our kindness towards him for granted n e nicer we r to him, e more he tries to agitates us n test our patience. seriously, i dunno abt e rest of u, but i cant take it no more.. i had enough of him. the best i can do is jus to ignore his comments, i'm nt able to accept him. i tried but i cant bring myself to it.. too bad.

to john zhou kun: if u wan e class to accept u.. 1) shut up as much as possible 2) make yourself useful (contribuitions to the class or group proj)

yupps thats abt it.. happy holidays everyone =)

Until I get the time to update, the class blog's homework section shall be under hiatus.

And I noticed that the class blog really is dying. Although I don't like that, but I can't do anything more to help already (not that I did many). Besides, we're all very busy.

So, to end this off, let me wish you Good Luck for all the upcoming tests!

Hey 2f peeps. If any of you wants to link the class blog to your blog or what so ever, I have done up this rather nice [ I think so] link. All you have to do is just copy whatever you see in the textbox under the picture. I strongly encourage everyone to promote OUR class blog by linking up our blog.
If there are any objections to this retarded beautiful picture link, do find me or leave some comments on the tagboard so I would know you disapprove of it. Then maybe, we could sit down and discuss on a picture that looks nicer.
I've also left the link codes in the " Our Sky" section, you can get your codes from there or just copy the one that you see here --->

As all of you know, the class SPCs (Dawn Lee and Jessica Woon), the main organisers as well as a team of people will be planning the class outing cum camp.
Our aim is to strengthen the bonds within the class.
We need lots of people to make this event a success so all of us would appreciate if you could volunteer your time and effort to help out with the planning and so on and so forth.
We will be keeping you updated as we proceed with the planning. If your CCA clashes with the time of the event please tell us asap because the chalet has to be booked in advance.
Meanwhile, stay tuned for more information about this upcoming and exciting event.

So I attended the Class Committee Training today.

And now I feel really inspired to do something.

But too bad we're gonna shuffle roles, ah well, maybe it would be a nice change.

But anyway, since it's still Friday, I'm technically still the chairperson, I still can try to organize a Class Committee Meeting right? And my mind tells me I can, so I am trying to.

All Class Committee, please take note of your inboxes as I'll be sending you an email to notify you.

-

And then back to the point that I'm thinking of when I clicked Create Post - To Make The Class Blog Livelier (aka Liven Class Blog Project aka LCBP).

I've noticed that people are just not posting anything, save for a few really kind and enthusiastic ones, and the Class Blog shouldn't go to waste once the competition is over, so for the time being, I'm loosening up the rules for a moment (which will probably last from today all the way until the end of term 2 if things go well).

Now, what you can post are:
1. Encouragement and Suggestion to the Class.
2. Good luck notes (at least a paragraph of three sentences).
3. Daily Recounts (summarized; in proper english)
...

And basically, anything goes... or well, as long as it does not contain offensive material, it is perfectly fine! So start posting and liven up the dying class blog!

-

UPDATES
I've updated the homework section again, and there're tons of homework to do during this one week holiday. Plan your time well and try to enjoy the holidays as much as possible!

-

And that is it. Just one note for anyone who will be trying to contact me, I'll be off to Japan from Saturday (Evening) to Friday (Evening), so please do not expect a reply from me anytime during that period.

We are free 2fly for the next seven days, rejoice.
Anyway I just wanted talk about the class committee training and I flet it was quite a fruitful experience. (Plus there is icecream too.)
We really need to hold class meetings every month at least. I just realised the importance today. Basically we need to touch down on some class issues like our current financial status, upcoming events, calss planned CIP, class gatherings and so on and so forth. So if the class committee could find a date maybe we could meet up. I dont think it will take very long. Class representatives should attend too when necessary.

Ah well, let's just say it again, this class blog is terribly quiet although that was inavoidable because of the many tests this week, but anyway, well, I'll just make a post for the sake of making this more lively... hopefully?

1. Blog Updates
I've updated the burden section again, after neglecting it for the past two days. As you can see, the only test left is the one tomorrow, which is the Math test that is on, I think, expansion and factorisation. Good luck for that and study hard! Endure it and holiday shall await you~!

2. DHS Time Capsule
Quoted:
This year, in conjunction with our school's 50th anniversary, the school has decided to create a time capsule. Time Capsules are used to celebrate important events. They preserve the salient features of history and can serve as valuable reminders of one generation for another. Furthermore, they also give individuals, families and organizations an independant voice to the future. Creating a time capsule would remind us about the fact that we are not only celebrating about the past, but also our future.

Let us all play a part in the preservation of our history by suggesting the items to be placed inside our own time capsule and also by stating the significance of them. (E.g. Items - School Yearbook, Uniforms etc.)

The deadline for this is Monday, 20th of March. If you have any questions, I suggest that you approach Jia Yi as she would know more about this DHS Time Capsule thing than me, considering that she's one of the DHS Time Capsule committee members.

Thank you and remember to think up of anything to put in there!

4. CME project
I would use Chinese to type this but it will all turn into weird symbols afterwards, thus, I'm doing my best translating it.

The key points are that we're supposed to take pictures of Dunman High, with a theme that we decide ourselves, and then write captions to explain the pictures.
The format is:
1. A4 size paper (One sided)
2. Pictures as main, while words are explanations.
3. Must use a chinese computer to type (It basically means that it must be typed in chinese)
4. Will focus on neatness and way of presenting it, design exquisite, full of creativity.
5. Suitable for pinning up on noticeboard.
This project is done in pairs.
Deadline: By 2006/4/1
Competition:
1. Every class must select two entries for competing.
2. There will be 6 prizes (book vouchers) for the whole level.
3. The entries selected are to be pinned up on the noticeboard.

Please refer to the noticeboard for more information.

And that is it.

So, study hard for Math! It's the last test of the term after all, so give your all for it! Term is ending soon and a one week break will be up next. Try to play hard and rest well during the one week before you all return back for Term 2. I can assure you that it just am going to be worse.

Until the next post!

There has been an issue of appreciation of class efforts that had been lingering for quite while and i have decided to voice it out since we have a blog.
Its great that so many people have voluteered to pump loads of time and energy to this competition but some how others dont seem to appreciate.
For example just a day ago there has been a case of vandalism on the class notice board of which many of you are aware that Jessica and Liqin and others too have put in alot of effort into decorating it. But there is one person who had no chance of contributing to this class challenge but eradicated one of the captions of one of the pictures to make it vulgar. It may be just one picture but mind you, there are people who bothered, print, think and write captions on these photos. Instead of being grateful that people around you care to voluteer, you vandalise it. and now there is a hideous liqiud paper mark on it. If a teacher were to see that comment when it had not been changed and left vulgar, what would be his or her impression on the class? i do hope that such ingrateful individuals that actually exist among us will reflect more upon themselves and think of the consequences of their actions before commiting them.

As the title suggest, this will contain the Guidelines to Tagging, not that it's very important, but I'm just bored and wanted to add something new to the "important posts" part.

Guidelines to Tagging
1. All tags must be related to 2F in general, either directly or indirectly. If you're trying to contact your friend in 2F, you're allowed to tag here that you are searching for him or her but not why. Only one tag per day is allowed for people trying to find their friends in 2F.
2. Tags must not contain offensive material: be it vulgarities, racial comments, tags that shoots down anything anyone and etc etc.
3. To round it off with a nice three, Keep all tags friendly. Constructive, I stress again, CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms are allowed too.

That's it.

Okay, I've been neglecting the blog for a while (actually, only a day... but ah well, who cares?). Anyway, I just updated the homework list, although at this late hour (at least, it's 9.30pm already), it's probably useless.

That's why I'm here to ask all of you again: Anyone who can get on your computer early and take note of daily homework, please please do volunteer to update it. If not, one day, I'll remove it since it doesn't seem to benefit people and I always update late anyway.

So, that's it for today, nothing much happened actually, and I'll wish you good luck studying for chinese!

Okay, so I've been posting a lot, but with a proper reason (or rather, proper reasons) now.

1. CLASS BLOG UPDATES
I've updated this yet again, added 'committee members' and the 'subject reps' under 'our wings'. I have also fixed some of the links and added links to the class photos. If by any chance anything is not working, please tell me either by IM, tagboard or comment (you know the "comment" thing you can use to leave a comment?).

2. NOT APPLICABLE ANYMORE

3. TEACHER-STUDENT TELEMATCH
Date: Next Monday
Anyone interested in trying out for the student team for either Captain's Ball, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer or Badminton, please approach me. You're NOT guranteed a spot in the team though.

4. ... MISC!
Well, to round it off with a nice 4, let me just wish you good luck studying for the Geography Test tomorrow! I already gave up studying, so don't ask me anything if you're intending to.

So, that's basically the end of the post. Just one last thing, would anyone be interested if I start a "FIANNA DAILY" kind of thing that sort of records down the main thing that happened in 2F that day and summarize it into one post? It's like a newsletter of what's happening in 2F and such, just shorter and "published" when I have the time.

-April

heys.. this is jess n amy being really bored.. right right right.. kkx.. we just wanna say that.. john our new guy has made our class more bonded.. We think it is a blessing in disguise.. He just seem to know all the answers to every subs.. We must say.. he is such a pro kia la.. make us so impressed.. However, (To John), we are not trying to be mean here but can you please reflect on your attitude towards us - your fellow classmates which you will be spending your next few months or more with.. do you really think that talking loudly in class will make you gain more attention?? You must be thinking, "Why is this class like that? How can they treat a new guy like that? They ought to be friendly!!" Sorry that we have let you down. It is a two way thing. As the saying goes, "It takes two hands to clap" so i strongly believe that if you tone down a little, not be so agressive and not making comments that will do no benefits and also hurt others feelings, you will have more friends in class as well as in the school. we would very gladly accept you if you would change for the better. Start now.. its not too late.. you are not hopeless yet..
i hope that this post would not hurt the feelings of our new classmate but we only want you to know how we really feel. there are no offence meant though.=D
